In real life...

...I used to work in the City of London for one of the major exchanges, developing the architecture, designing and implementing parts of the host trading system. As of 2006, I'm with a leading Hedge Fund.

I have specialised in mission critical systems for over 20 years and have designed some of the largest equity market making systems in London and elsewhere. Recently my work has focussed on futures and options, particularly relating to the design and implementation of high efficiency chained implied orders, but I maintain my involvement with equities.

My areas of technical expertise centre around real-time systems architecture on a number of platforms together with detailed knowledge of many languages and technologies. In addition, I have a long and consistent track record in developing innovative cost-effective solutions in mission-critical environments. A full CV can be provided on request.
